Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 2026
2TierTravel is a members-only travel club offering savings on hotels, resort stays, car hire and activities. We want every member to be able to join, browse and manage their membership independently, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
1. Standard We Aim For
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This covers readable text and contrast, keyboard operation, meaningful headings and labels, descriptive alternative text for images and clear focus indicators.
2. What We Have Done
- Semantic page structure with one main heading per page and landmark regions.
- Full keyboard access to navigation, forms, cookie choices and account controls.
- Text that resizes and reflows on small screens without loss of content.
- Alternative text on meaningful images and labels on every form field.
- Colour contrast checked against our cream and deep-green palette.
3. Known Limitations
- The interactive world map used in the members' area is visual by nature. The same country information is available as text on our country guide pages, so no content is only available on the map.
- Our booking engine and payment checkout are operated by third parties. We cannot control their accessibility, but we will help you complete any step by email if you hit a barrier.
- Some older marketing images may have brief alternative text. We review these as pages are updated.
4. Getting Help
If any part of the site is difficult to use, email support@2tiertravel.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days and will provide the information you need in another format, or complete the step with you, wherever we reasonably can.
5. Feedback and Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise it through our complaints process. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority and use it to plan improvements.
6. Who We Are
2TierTravel, Lime Wall Road, Gibraltar. There is no VAT in Gibraltar. Our membership terms are governed by Gibraltar law, without affecting the consumer rights you have where you live.
